Mexican Cornbread

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 lb Jimmy Dean sausage
- 1 15 oz can cream corn
- 2 boxes jiffy cornbread
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 2 cups shredded cheddar

Preparation
Step 1
Brown all meat together and drain, set aside. In a bowl combine corn with the cornbread mix, add salsa to it. In a 9x13 sprayed dish, layer some of the cornbread mixture to cover the bottom, put all meat on that, then 1 cup cheese, and add the rest of the cornbread, top with remaining cheese. Bake 350 for 35 minutes.
