Ingredients
- 7 pitted Medjool dates
- 3/4 cup unsalted cashews
- 1 tbsp. flaxseed
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- 1 tbsp. water
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries

Preparation
Step 1
1. In food processor, combine dates, cashews, flaxseed, almond extract, and process for 1 minutes.
2. Add water and cranberries and process until mixture forms a bal.
3. Scoop rounded tablespoons onto lined baking sheet and freeze.
4. Transfer to sealed container in freezer to store; defrost before eating.
