Ingredients
- 1 cup Bisquick heart smart
- 2/3 c. fat-free milk
- 2 Tbsp. fat free egg product
- 3/4 c. fresh or frozen (thawed and drained) blueberries.

Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl, stir all ingredients except blueberries until blended. Gently stir in the blueberries.
Pour batter by slightly less than 1/4 cupfuls onto hot greased griddle.
Cook until bubbles break on surface. Turn and cook other side until golden.
