Ingredients
- 3 C. unsifted flour
- 2 C. sugar
- 1/3 C. milk
- 1 C. real mayonnaise
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. Baking soda
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon
- nutmeg, cloves, salt - tsp.
- 3 C. peeled, chopped tart apples
- 1 C. raisins soaked in 2 tab. Dark rum
- C. chopped walnuts

Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 10 ingredients. Stir in apples & raisins and nuts. Pour into two greased and floured 9" cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Frost with whipped cream. Refrigerate until time to serve.
