Chocolate Raspberry Cookies 1

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted and cooled
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries, pureed
  • 3 cups All-purpose flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips



Step 1

1. In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in melted chocolate and raspberries.

2. Combine the flour, baking soda and salt; gradually add to the creamed mixture. Stir in white chocolate chips

3. Drop by teaspoon fulls 2 in apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until edges begin to brown. Remove to wire racks to cool
