Ingredients
- 1 large bag frozen french-cut style green beans
- 2 large yellow onions, thinly sliced
- 4 teaspoons flour
- 1 16oz carton sour cream
- 8 oz sliced swiss cheese
- 2 cups crushed corn flakes
- 4 tablespoons melted butter

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Cook green beans according to directions & drain.
3. Saute onions until starting to brown.
4. Combine sour cream & flour.
5. Pour drained beans into a casserole dish and season with salt & pepper.
6. Layer onions, sour cream, swiss cheese and cornflakes on top of beans.
7. Pour melted butter over corn flakes.
8. Bake for 35-45 minutes.
