- 2 large russet potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 T kosher salt
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 T prepared horseradish

Step 1
Boil potatoes until tender. Mash all ingredients together. S & P as necessary.
