Ingredients

  • 2 lb. Italian sausage (if it's good sausage you won't need other seasonings).
  • 4 green peppers
  • 3-4 bay leaves
  • 3 cans diced tomatoes

Preparation

Step 1

1. Brown sausage, do not drain.

2. Add tomatoes and bay leaves.

3. Clean and quarter peppers.

4. Add and simmer for 2 hours. Serve with Italian hard rolls.

*This is better the next day, but there's usually none left!
