Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 Can Pumpkin
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. Ginger
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 3/4 Cup Milk
- 1 Tbsp. Melted Butter
- 1 Pie Shell

Step 1
Beat eggs lightly in bowl. Add pumpkin, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and salt. Stir until combined. Blend in milk and butter. Pour filling into pie shell. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes. Reduce temp to 350 and continue baking 35-40 minutes longer or until knife inserted comes out clean.
