Ingredients

  • 8 c. mashed sweet potatoes (about 10 to 12 medium-size potatoes or 2 big cans)
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 t. salt
  • 2/3 c. butter, melted
  • 2 t. vanilla
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
  • 1/3 c. butter, melted

Preparation

Step 1

Mix first 7 ingredients together and pour into 9x13 pan.

Mix remaining ingredients together and sprinkle over the top.

Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until it is not soupy in the middle and starts to brown.
