Ingredients
- Dip Ingredients:
- 2 pounds large uncooked shrimp
- olive oil
- pinch salt and pepper
- 3/4 cup mayo
- 2 Tbsp. sour cream
- 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp cayanne pepper
- pinch of sugar
- 2 Tbls. dried grated union
- 1 Tbls. chopped fresh dill/dried if don't have fresh just use a little less.

Preparation
Step 1
Heat grill pan and brush with oil.
peel, devien shrimp and brush with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Skewer shrimp and grill on med high approx. 4 minutes each side.
Shrimp Dip: mix above ingedients well and chill in frig. for a couple hours. Serve with warm shrimp off the grill.
