Ingredients
- 1 can cream style corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 8 oz sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar, divided

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients except 1/4 cup cheese in bowl. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Bake for 30 min. Top with remaining cheese and back an additional 20 min. Let cool slightly. Cut into squares and serve.
