Ingredients
- 12 dried tomatoes
- 1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 7oz. jar roasted red peppers, drained
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. dried, crushed red pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Place dried tomatoes in small bowl. Cover with boiling water. Let stand for 20 min., drain. Process drained tomatoes with remaining ing. in processor until smooth.
