Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/3 cup sliced stuffed olives, if desired
  • 1 can (10 to 12 oz) refrigerator biscuits

Preparation

Step 1

1. In a skillet, brown ground beef and onions. Drain off fat. In a large bowl combine softened cream cheese, soup and milk. Add salt, ketchup and olives. Mix well and add ground beef mixture.
2. Pour into a 2 quart casserole. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
3. Remove casserole from oven and place biscuits on top of casserole around edge. If desired, top with olive slices.
4. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 additional minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
