Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon, cooked crisply and crumbled
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb)
- 4 cups (l lb) frozen diced potatoes with peppers and onions, thawed
- 4 oz (1 cup) 2% milk shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Add chicken to skillet on medium heat; cook 5 min on each side or until done. Remove chicken from skillet; cover to keep warm. Add bacon to skillet with potatoes; cook and stir 5 min or until heated through.
Place chicken over potatoes; top with cheese. Cover; cook 2 min or until cheese is melted.
