Ingredients
- FILLING:
- 2 cups flour
- 3/4 cup cold butter
- 6 Tbsp cold water
- 4 cups sliced peeled fresh pears
- (about 5 medium)
- 1/2 cup chopped craisins
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 3 Tbsp cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp grated lemon peel
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp milk
- 1-1/2 tsps sugar

Preparation
Step 1
1. Make top and bottom crusts of pie; line 9-inch pie plate with bottom crust. Top crust will be lattice style.
2.Combine pie incredients, except milk and sugar, in a bowl. Pour into lined pie plate. Top with lattice top. Brush with milk; sprinkle with sugar.
3. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350; bake 40-50 minutes longer or until crust is golden brown and filling is bubbly. Cool on a wire rack.
