Loaded Baked Potato Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 12 oz cans Pet Evaporated Milk
- 2 c water
- 6 Tblsp butter
- 3 4.9 boxes Hungry Jack Cheddar and Bacon Potaoes
- 2 c sour cream
- 1/2 c chopped green onions
- 1 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350°. Spray 13 X 9 baking an with non-stick cooking spray. Combine evaporated milk, water, butter, potato slices and sauce mix in 5 qt. pot. Cook over medium heat, just until mixture comes to a boil. remove from heat. Stir in sour cream and green onions. Pour into prepared pan, sprinkle with cheese. Bake 40 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
