    pork chops

  • 1

    box of stove top stuffing (any brand and any flavor)

  • 1

    can of cream of mushroom soup

  • 1

    cup water

  • ½

    stick melted butter

  • 1

    can of sliced carrots


1. Brown pork chops in 1 tbsp olive oil. 2. Salt and pepper each side along with garlic powder 3. Place chops in a 9 x 13 baking dish. 4. In frying pan, add water and heat. 5. In a bowl mix the stuffing mix with 1 cup of very hot water from frying pan and melted butter, mix well. 6. Make a ball of stuffing for each pork chop and place on top of each pork chop. 7. Put drained carrots around chops and if any stuffing is left, also place around the chops. 8. In frying pan, add soup and cook, (If too thick, add some water). 9. Pour over chops, stuffing and carrots. 10. Uncovered, bake for 1 to 1-1/2 hours at 350.
