Ingredients
- 3-3/12 lbs pork country style ribs
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- tbsp Worcestershire
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp liquid smoke
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp bottled hot pepper sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Place ribs in cooker
Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over ribs.
Low 10-12 hrs. High 5-6 hrs.
Transfer ribs to serving platter; skim fat from sauce; pour sauce into a saucepan. Bring to a boil until thickened 5-7 min.
