Garlic Parmesan Fries

  • 1 russet potato (1 lb or so), peeled
  • 3 tsp olive oil
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, peeled & chopped finely
  • kosher salt & pepper
  • 4 tsp. grated parmesan cheese
  • dried parsley
  • cooking spray



Step 1

Combine the olive oil and crushed garlic in small bowl.

Preheat oven to 450. Lightly coat baking sheet with cooking spray.

Cut potato into 1/4" thick slices, then turn and cut into 1/4" thick strips. Place in bowl and toss with oil and garlic (use hands to evenly coat). Season with salt & pepper. Place in SINGLE LAYER on baking sheet.

Bake about 10 min per side until golden.

Remove from oven and sprinkle with parmesan and parsley.
