Broccoli and Wild Rice Casserole

Ingredients
- 1/2 c.chopped onion
- 10-12 chopped fresh mushrooms
- 2 T butter or margarine
- 1 box Uncle Ben's Wild Rice and Long Grain
- 2 boxes chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Bread Crumbs

Preparation
Step 1
Saute onion and mushrooms in butter. Cook rice per directions of the box. Add broccoli, soup, cheese, eggs and onion/mushroom combo. Salt and pepper to taste. Top with bread crumbs and dot with butter.
Bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
