Ingredients
- 1- 14 oz package of soft tofu
- 1- 14 oz can of artichoke hearts, drain well
- 5 oz spinach
- 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- Bread or tortilla chips

Step 1
Mix all together. Chill.
Serve with bread or chips.
