- 8 OUNCES MULTICOLORED CORKSCREW PASTA
- 8 OUNCES FROZEN SHRIMP THAWED & COOKED
- 1 MED. GREEN PEPPER (CUT INTO SM. STRIPS)
- 1 MED. RED PEPPER (CUT INTO SM. STRIPS)
- 1/4 CUP CHOPPED RED ONION
- MONTERAY JACK CHEESE, CUT INTO BITE SIZE PIECES
- DRESSING
- 1/3 CUP RED WINE VINEGAR
- 1/4 CUP OLIVE OIL
- 1 TBS.DIJON MUSTARD
- 1 TEAS. DRIED BASIL (CRUSHED)
- 1 CLOVE GARLIC (MINCED)
- 1/4 TEAS.SALT
- 1/4 TEAS.PEPPER

Preparation
Step 1
COOK PASTA UNTIL TENDER. DRAIN; RINSE IN COLD WATER, DRAIN.
MIX IN LARGE BOWL, ADD SHRIMP
GREEN & RED PEPPER, CHEESE & ONION
WHISK TOGETHER DRESSING; POUR OVER PASTA MIXTURE,
TOSS WELL. COVER AND CHILL 2-4 HRS.
