Chicken and Artichoke casserole

Ingredients
- 1/2 c butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 shallots, minced
- 1/2 c dry white wine
- 1 c heavy whipping cream
- 1 pkg cream cheese
- 5 oz grated parmesan cheese
- 2 c cooked chicken
- 1-14 oz can quartered artichokes, drained and chopped
- 10 oz spinach, thawed and squeezed
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- 3 T butter, melted
- 2 c (1/2 inch cubes) French bread

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°. Greast 2-1/2 quart dish. In a large skillet, melt butter on medium high heat. Add garlic & shallots, cook 2 minutes. Stir in wine. Cook 3 minutes. Stir in cream. Simmer 5 minutes. Add cream cheese and parmesan; stirring until combined. Stir in chicken, artichokes, spinach, salt & pepper. Remove from heat. Pour into dish.
In a small bowl, combine bread & butter. Spread evenly over casserole. Bake 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
