Sausage and Black Bean Dinner
- 1 reynolds hot bag
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 15 oz can black beans, drained
- 10 oz can package frozen corn or small can
- 1 cup chunky salsa
- 1/2 lb smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 cup colby jack cheese
Preheat oven to 450.
Combine flour, beans, corn, salsa, and sausage. Arrange in bag in an even layer.
Place bag in 1 inch deep pan.
Grill 10-12 minutes or bake 30-35 minutes.
Open carefully. Sprinkle with cheese before serving. Serve with baked quesadillas.
