Ingredients

  • 3 cups frozen hash browns shredded
  • 2 tbs. flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbs. butter melted
  • 1 1/2 tsp. water
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1-2 tbs vegetable oil
  • 1 tb. chopped chives

Preparation

Step 1

Place hash browns in strainer and rinse until thawed. Drain and squeeze out excess water.

Add the flour, eggs, butter, water, salt and chives. mix well
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat.

Drop by 1/3 cupfuls into oil fry until golden on both sides.
*can be made smaller as base for snacks. Top with cheese, bacon, etc.
