Sausage and Cheese Appetizers

Ingredients

• 1 lb of Hot Sausage uncooked
• 1 lb of Mild Cheddar Cheese Shredded
• 3 Cups of Bisquick
• 2 Tbsp of Water

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat Oven to 325 degrees.

Put Bisquick in bowl. Add Cheese and mix well. Add Sausage. Mix well. Add enough Water to make a workable dough.
Shape into Walnut size balls.
Place on ungreased Cookie Sheet
Bake in pre-heated 325 degree oven for 15 minutes. Then rise temperature of oven to 350 and bake until done (about 30 minutes more)
