Ingredients
- 3 C. sugar
- 1 C. oil
- 4 eggs
- 2/3 C. water
- 2 C. pumpkin (1 16 oz. can)
- 3 1/2 C. flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. ginger

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream together the first five ingredients and then slowly add in the dry ingredients. Bake for one hour, or until done.
