Ingredients
- 1/2 c butter, softened
- 1-3 oz pkg. Cream cheese softened
- 1 c flour
- 1 egg
- 3/4 c brown sugar
- 1 T butter, melted
- 1/2 c coarse y chopped pecans
- 2 slices bacon

Step 1
Preheat oven to 325. In med bowl combine 1/2 c butter and cream cheese. Beat with a mixer on med until smooth. Stir in flour. Divide dough into 24 pieces and shape into balls. Press balls onto the bottoms and up the sides of 24 ungreased 1-3/4" muffin cups. Set aside.
For filling, in a med bowl beat egg, brown sugar and 1 T melted butter until combined. Stir in pecans and bacon. Spoon about 1 heaping teaspoon of filling I to each pastry-lined muffin cup.
Bake for 25-30 mins or until pastry is golden brown and filling is puffed. Cool slightly in pan. Transfer to wire rack, cool.
