Ingredients
- 2 c canned pumpkin
- 3/4 c oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 c flour
- 2 c sugar
- 2 t baking soda
- 2 t baking powder
- 1/2 t salt
- 2 t powder ginger
- 2 t cinnamon
- 1/2 t cloves

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350, spray pan(s)
Mix together wet ingredients well. Combine all dry ingredients in a separate bowl, then add to wet.
Bake for 25-30 minutes for 5 mini loaves, 45 min-1 hr for large loaf.
