  • 3/4 c flour
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 3 T butter
  • 1/2 c milk
  • 1 t baking powder
  • 3 1/4 oz. vanilla pudding
  • 1 egg

Preparation

Step 1

Combine. Beat 2 minutes. Pour into Pie pan. Drain 20 oz. sliced peaches; reserve juice. Place peaches over batter. 8 oz. cream cheese; 1/2 c sugar; 3 T juice - combine, beat 2 mins. Spoon over peaches. 1 T sugar; 1/2 t cinnamon - combine, sprinkle over filling. Bake at 350 for 30-35 mins. Refrigerate.
