Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c sugar, but I do cut it down to 1 1/4 c
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 1/4 c oil
  • 2 cups grated carrots
  • 2 c flour
  • 1 t. cinnamon, soda, and B powder
  • cream cheese frosting

Preparation

Step 1

Beat eggs well with sugar and oil. add carrots and beat well, then add all dry ingredients

bake at 375 25 min

use two round cake pans well greased

cream cheese frosting.

use 1/3 pkg of cream cheese and add confectioners sugar to it, and a few drops of milk. Add enough sugar to make it creamy and taste like you like it. Add a little vanilla.
