  • 2 packages lime gelatin
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 8-oz. can crushed pineapple
  • 1 8-oz. can pear halves
  • 1 cup sour cream



Step 1

Disolve gelatin in 1 1/2 cups boiling water. When dissolved, add 1/2 cup cold water. Mix juices from fruit and add half cup to mixture. Chill until beginning to set. Dice pears and add, with pineapple and cream, to gelatin. Pour into mold and chill until firm. Serve with whipped cream dressing and pomegrante seeds to garnish.
