- 1 pkg (8.8 oz) Food You Feel Good About Garlic Naan Flatbread
- 1/2 cup Italian Classics Tuscan Eggplant (Grocery Dept)
- 4 Tbsp Italian Classics Shredded Italian Blend (Cheese Shop)
- 4 leaves Food You Feel Good About Fresh Basil, torn into pieces
- 1 Tbsp Italian Classics Extra-Virgin Toscano Olive Oil
- Fresh cracked pepper

You'll Need:Pizza stone
Set pizza stone in cold oven; heat 15 min at 450 degrees.
1.Spread each naan with half the eggplant; sprinkle with 2 Tbsp cheese. Sprinkle basil pieces evenly on each naan; drizzle with 1/2 Tbsp oil. Season to taste with pepper.
2.Transfer naan pizzas carefully to preheated stone (use oven mitts--stone is extremely hot). Bake 7-9 min, until edges and bottom start to brown.
