Corn Salad

I first had this on a flight a few months ago. I love it, but the boys don't like it.

Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups frozen corn or 1 can corn, drained
- 1 can black beans, drained & rinsed
- 2 Roma tomatoes, seeded & chopped
- 1-2 avocados, cubed
- 2 TB chopped cilantro
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 lime, juiced

Preparation
Step 1
If corn is frozen, cook according to package directions, then drain. Once cooled, combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
