  • 1 pkg. Knorr’s Vegetable Soup Mix
  • 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. water chestnuts
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 onion, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Thaw spinach; drain.
Blend all ingredients together in food processor.
Keep refrigerated.
Serve with fresh vegetables.
