Ingredients

• 1 Avocado (blended)
• 1/3 cup olive oil
• 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
• 2 tbsp white vinegar
• 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
• 3/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• Salt and pepper, to taste

Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
