  • 2 c frozen berries
  • 1/2 c coconut milk
  • 2 T good quality maple syrup

Step 1

Combine everything in a food processor and pulse until completely smooth. Eat immediately - at this point its got the perfect soft texture. Or freeze and then let it sit at room temp for about 10 mins to soften a bit before serving.

For Frozen Pops
Use the same ratios as above but substitute fresh berries for frozen ones and pour the puree into frozen pop molds.
