- 3/4 cup vanilla frozen Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup Blue Diamond Honey Roasted Vanilla or Honey Roasted Cinnamon Almonds, chopped
- 4 large Medjool dates, pitted
- 1 pinch allspice
