Baked Corn

  • 4 Tlbs. Corn Starch
  • 4 Tlbs Sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 Eggs slightly beaten
  • 2 Tlbs. Butter melted
  • 2 C. Milk
  • 1 Qt. cut fresh or frozen corn



Step 1

1. Stir together cornstarch, sugar, salr and pepper. Add eggs, butter, milk, and corn. Mix well. Spoon into a greassed casserole dish.

2. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Stir and bake another 25 minutes or longer until browned and set.
