- 4 Tlbs. Corn Starch
- 4 Tlbs Sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 Eggs slightly beaten
- 2 Tlbs. Butter melted
- 2 C. Milk
- 1 Qt. cut fresh or frozen corn
1. Stir together cornstarch, sugar, salr and pepper. Add eggs, butter, milk, and corn. Mix well. Spoon into a greassed casserole dish.
2. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Stir and bake another 25 minutes or longer until browned and set.
