Southwest Hamburgers

Grilled hamburgers filled with velveeta pepperjack cheese and smoked paprika. These hamburgers were delicious.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs lean ground meat
- 1 Ranch seasoning packet
- salt and pepper to taste
- plain bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cups Frozen seasoning mix (green and red bell peppers, onion and garlic)
- thaw about a cup and a half in a glass bowl for 1 minute in microwave*
- 1/4 cup Worchestire sauce
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- Velveeta Pepperjack cheese cut in slices then the slices in half

Step 1
Combine all ingredients through the cayenne pepper and mix well. If mixture is still to wet add a little more breadcrumbs until it begins to hold well. Roll meat mixture in your hands and pat flat. In the center of the patty add about a pad of velveeta, grab a little bit more meat to cover cheese.
Grill on the BBQ grill on a medium high flame three to five minutes on each side or until done to your liking.
