Ingredients
- 1 Tbl. Old Bay
- 1 Tbl. lemon pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic pepper
- 1 Tbl. Sazon for chicken
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 2 lbs. boneless chicken breasts cubed
- 2 red onions, (quartered)
- 2 yellow onions, (quartered)
- 1 red pepper (quartered)
- 1 green pepper (quartered)
- 1 yellow pepper (quartered)
- 8 large pineapple chunks
- 1 lemon
- 1 lime

Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl mix Old Bay, lemon pepper, garlic salt and garlic pepper. In a medium bowl mix vinegar and Sazon. Sprinkle chicken with spice mix and add to Sazon mixture. Add the onions and peppers to marinade 1 hour in refrigerator. Thread chicken, vegetables and pineapple on skewers. Baste finished kabobs with marinade and grill until done. Serve with lemon and lime wedges to squeeze on kabobs.
