Grilled Pineapple Chicken Kabobs

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbl. Old Bay
  • 1 Tbl. lemon pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic pepper
  • 1 Tbl. Sazon for chicken
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 2 lbs. boneless chicken breasts cubed
  • 2 red onions, (quartered)
  • 2 yellow onions, (quartered)
  • 1 red pepper (quartered)
  • 1 green pepper (quartered)
  • 1 yellow pepper (quartered)
  • 8 large pineapple chunks
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 lime

Step 1

In a small bowl mix Old Bay, lemon pepper, garlic salt and garlic pepper. In a medium bowl mix vinegar and Sazon. Sprinkle chicken with spice mix and add to Sazon mixture. Add the onions and peppers to marinade 1 hour in refrigerator. Thread chicken, vegetables and pineapple on skewers. Baste finished kabobs with marinade and grill until done. Serve with lemon and lime wedges to squeeze on kabobs.
