Caramel-Apple Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c butter
  • 1/2 caramel ice cream topping
  • 1/4 c dark brown sugar
  • 6 c sliced peeled Granny Smith apples
  • 1/2 c chopped pecans
  • 1 can Pillsbury Flaky Butter Biscuits

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350 deg. Cook butter & caramel topping until melted & bubbly. Stir in brown sugar & apples. Cook 12-15 mins until apples are tender. Spray custard cups. Sprinkle 1 T pecans in each cup. Spoon 1/3 c mixture over pecans. Separate biscuits, gently stretch biscuit until large enough to cover mixture. Place on top, bake 18-23 mins. Cool 5 mins. Place plate on top and flip!
