Ingredients
- 1 1/2 T oil
- 1 lb asparagus, 1" lengths
- 1/4 c chicken broth
- 1/4 t pepper
- 1/4 t salt
- 1 dash soy sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in large skillet or wok. Add asparagus; saute 1 minute. Add broth. Cover. Lower heat; cook until tender, 3-5 mins. Drain; season with salt, pepper & soy sauce. Serve immediately.
