Ingredients

  • 1 pound large, seedless red grapes (about 50 grapes)
  • 10 ounces pecans
  • 4 T crumbled Roquefort cheese
  • 1 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 T heavy cream

Preparation

Step 1

Wash the grapes and pat dry. Crush the pecans on a platter or sheet of waxed paper. Combine the Roquefort cheese, cream cheese and cream in a bowl and mix well. Roll the grapes in the cheese mixture and then in the pecans, coating well. Chill, covered, until serving time.
