Apple Brie Salad

- Romaine lettuce or spinach
- Diced brie cheese
- Poppyseed dressing
Slice an apple and lay slices on a baking sheet. Drizzle with maple syrup. Broil for 3-5 minutes, until sizzling.
Toss romaine or spinach with craisins and diced brie cheese. Add the apples before serving. Also good with sliced roasted almonds. Serve with salad dressing.
