- 4 eggs, beaten15-oz. can pumpkin12-oz. can evaporated milk1-1/2 c. sugar2 t. pumpkin pie spice1 t. salt18-1/2 oz. pkg. yellow cakemix1 c. chopped pecans orwalnuts1 c. butter, meltedGarnish: whipped topping,chopped nuts, cinnamon

Step 1
Combine eggs, pumpkin, evaporated milk, sugar, spice and salt. Mixwell; pour into an ungreased 13"x9" baking pan. Sprinkle dry cakemix and nuts over top. Drizzle with butter; do not stir. Bake at350 degrees ๎or 45 minutes to one hour, testing ๎or doneness with atoothpick. Serve topped with whipped topping, sprinkled with nutsand cinnamon. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
