Ingredients

  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 2 packages (4-serving size) Jell-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding & Pie Filling
  • 1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip
  • 1 baked 9 inch square brownie, cooled and cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1 pt (2 cups) raspberries

Preparation

Step 1

Pour milk into large bowl. Add pudding mixes. Beat with wire wisk 2 minutes or until well blended. Gently stir in 1 cup whipped topping.

Place 1/2 the brownie cubes in 2 quart serving bowl. Top with 1/2 each of the pudding mixture, raspberries and remaining whipped topping. Repeat layers.

Refrigerate 1 hour or until ready to serve.

Special extra: Garnish with additional raspberries and fresh mint sprigs.
