- 1 cup bananas
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup blueberries

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a small bowl, mix together mashed bananas, egg, water, and oil.
3. In a larger bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, and baking powder.
4. Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well until a batter forms.
5. Gently stir in blueberries.
6. Pour into greased muffin cups.
7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until top turns golden brown.
8. Cool on rack.
