  • 1 can of chickpeas (15 oz)
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/4 cup of cilantro or basil
  • The juice of 1 lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 slices of your favorite bread (rye is good)



Step 1

- Add all ingredients into a bowl
- Use a potato masher to mix everything together.
Tip: Add all your favorite toppings like tomatoes, cucumber, onions and sprouts.
